After years of cooking for parties, family and music gatherings, we decided to take our product to the public. The BBQ Traditions can be a heated debate, so we have used several traditions to form our own. Most of our meats are locally grown, and come straight from a local meat shop. We slow smoke all of our meats with oak and hickory, and use traditional seasonings for flavor. We make our own sauces to compliment the meats, although the meat can stand alone. Some methods used are a kin to North Florida,SC, NC, Texas, and Good ole Virginia.
Our Pulled Pork comes from Pork Shoulders, and is done in the Virginia Style.
Our Beef Brisket is done in a southern Texas Stye.
Our Chicken is done in the and East Virginia Style.
Our Ribs are done in the Virginia Style.
Side Sauces are a S. Georgia Hot Mustard, Hot red sauce and NC Vinegar.
The signature sauces are a Sweet and Tangy Virginia Sauce, and Sweet Virginia Rib Sauce

Friday and Saturday at the Rich Creek IGA
